Commercial Storyboard

Image
The commercial will start with the batter standing facing the field with the bat along his side with a low angle shot. The camera will pedestal up to a high angle shot overlooking the batter and the field. The camera will come back down again, this time going into the back of the jersey to a black screen. When the camera comes out of the jersey, it will be coming out of the shoulder of a pitcher who then pitches a ball. The camera will action match to a low angle of the batter hitting the ball. The camera will tilt up to follow the ball to the sky and go to a white or washed out screen. After that, the washed out screen will turn into rising out of the home plate, the batter will tap the plate twice, and throw the bat into outfield. We will action match to a camera position across the field on a fence and have the bat fly in to hit the camera. While the bat is flying towards the camera, the bat will slowly turn to emerge the Easton logo before hitting the camera. The camera will fall

Props: Since my group decided we were going to do a commercial on Easton, our main prop will be an Easton baseball bat. Other props will include baseballs and possibly a batters helmet. Depends on whether the actor looks better with one or without one. Costumes: In our commercial, we will have one group member as the subject. Our actor will wear full baseball gear. This includes the white athletic pants and a jersey. They will also wear cleats. Since baseball players wear hats, we want to give the full experience. This will also help keep the sun out of their eyes as they bat in the video. Schedule: On 9/23/21, our group researched conventions and codes of Easton sport commercials On 9/23/21, our group established the props, costumes, schedule, location list, and back up plan On 9/27/21, our group will create the storyboard for the 30 second commercial On 9/29/21, our group will film and record the shots On 10/1/21. our group will edit and add the final touches to the commercial Locati

My group is doing an Easton commercial. What we saw in these commercials is very hype music with people showing pro players using their product. They wear baseball outfits like long white pants, cleats, hats, and gloves. There are baseballs, bats, gloves, hats, bases, and tees. They appeared very sweaty and very serious usually in games. The music was very hype and they panned through many shot of them hitting balsas with bats. 1. Easton is mainly a baseball bat company. They also have other products such as batting helmets and catchers padding 2. In the commercials there are always baseball players hitting balls and catching them. They are always running and super sweaty and athletic pro players. 3. They have only used famous athletes and some kids and take place on a baseball field. They run around fields hitting balls and catching them

Hi, my name is Keith and I chose this class because I have had many friends take it and I've heard great things about it. They were raving on how fun it is creating films and learning how to do different tricks in their filming. I also need a couple more Cambridge credits to get my diploma, so I thought I would try this out because of this class's great reviews. I expect to learn how to edit my videos to do all sorts of cool things such as cross cutting, shot/reverse shot, jump cuts, and many more interesting techniques. My goals are to be able to learn these techniques and create some really cool pieces of work. I want to keep these skills with me when I'm older because I think it is useful to know how to film. You never know where like can take you and who knows, I could end up becoming a film director. For this project, I chose to work with my buddy Jake. We've known each other since kindergarten. Ever since we met each other, we have just clicked. We would spend th

Hi, my name is Keith. At school, I am committed to my academics and to my sports. I strive to be a straight A student and I take pride in the work I do. My sports are swimming and water polo and I am on track with possibly getting a scholarship for swimming. I have been the captain of the water polo team my freshman and sophomore year, along with just getting elected captain for the swim team this year. My dad has been the assistant coach at my high school for about 11 years and since then, I would go to the high school pool after elementary and middle to workout with the high schoolers. Because of this, I know the game very well and am a decently fast swimmer. Last year's high school water polo season, I made the Miami Herald's First Team All County as a sophomore. Miami Herald's newspaper takes all of the high school athletes in every sport and chooses the best of the county to be on an imaginary "first team" to be the best team. Out of school, I attend a Presb
