Plans Canceled Again

Today is March 17. Today, I was supposed to meet with my group to film for our final task. I had set up with them that we would meet and film today a while back, but some problems arose and we had to rearrange our filming dates. I thought everyone was free, but some members had last minute plans arise. Monzur, the actor in the film, ended up having a family trip get planned and he left today. This is the day before Spring Break, so I understand that he would have a family trip. It makes sense that he would leave today too, because his family wanted to get an early start on their vacation. It probably wasn't a good idea to schedule to film the day before Spring Break actually started because problems such as this could and did happen. Another issue that could come, being Spring Break, is that the streets could be busier, making it harder to film our "deserted street" scene. As it's Spring Break, people want to go out and travel, such as Monzur and his family, therefore making the streets busier. I too am going on a trip for Break up to Georgia to see my sister and fiance. I am not leaving until 4am to drive up there (I am in Florida) so I did have time to film today. As I, the cameraman, would be gone during Break, and so would Monzur, my group would not be able to film over the Break, so I'll probably start filming when I get back and when school starts.

 Hi, my name is Keith and I chose this class because I have had many friends take it and I've heard great things about it. They were raving on how fun it is creating films and learning how to do different tricks in their filming. I also need a couple more Cambridge credits to get my diploma, so I thought I would try this out because of this class's great reviews. I expect to learn how to edit my videos to do all sorts of cool things such as cross cutting, shot/reverse shot, jump cuts, and many more interesting techniques.
