Film Time!

I am now back from Spring Break and have time to film. As I mentioned in my last blog, I thought I would have time with my group to film after break was over and I did. I was able to film with my group today. I met up with them at Juan's house because we figured that there were some good empty streets around him. He also has a park next to his house that people rarely go to. Because no one really goes to that park, we could get a time when there isn't anyone there, which would be perfect for our film. In the film, we want to go for a deserted world and the park without anyone there would be perfect. So, we all met at Juan's house and started filming. I was able to film through a good little bit of the film. I started off with filming the low angle of the bed and pedestal up to Monzur, who was laying in the bed. I had to reshoot this scene a couple times because Monzur would be laughing on the bed and then I would start laughing as well. Next, I filmed the alarm clock. I had to change the time on the clock though as I wanted it to be at around noon and we were filming at around 4. So, after I changed the time on the clock, I was able to film it for a couple seconds. For the next bit of filming, I had to stand on the bed, over Monzur who was sleeping. This was hard to film because I had to be back far enough to where my feet weren't in frame, but got Monzur in the shot. That was all I was able to get done with filming for today, but my team and I decided we are going to film again on Friday after school to, hopefully finish up the rest of everything so we can move on to editing.
